Current Employee – been working at Quintiles

Pros – Able to be home based in my current role. Recognition for a job well done is generally good but it depends on who your Line Manager is, it's not consistent.

Cons – It seems impossible to move up within the company once you reach grade 31 or above. Maybe it's the current economic climate but with the company reorganization with PM and Clinical Team Leads merging the bar keeps moving and it's frustrating to employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Communicate plans to employees better. Career ladders are clear but opportunities to meet the requirements for promotion are too limited.
