Ability to work at home, when you're not on the road 50 hrs per week.

Cons

Overworked and not appreciated! The current load placed on the CRAs is incredibly heavy. There is no work life balance. Metric drives everything and we are no longer being treated as people. In order to meet your metrics, you must work the 50 hours, then manage your administrative tasks on systems that don't work.

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to your employees! When Sr CRAs that have been with the company for 10+ yrs and have weathered the past storms begin seeking medical help for exhaustion~ there's a problem. If jobs weren't so hard to come by these days, I believe you would see CRAs flocking for the doors. Listen up to your long time, loyal employees, who remember what Quintiles once was. A company that CARED about their employees!
