Current Employee – been working at Quintstar Management

Pros – in moab,quintstar pays better than most other places for a small town. we are treated like family. know everyone in the complany

Cons – little chance for promotion. we do not have any benefits. even though you are treated like family at the same time you can be treated like this a large company which makes it confussing. we can never tell how we are doing because the only feed back we get is at the end of the year. we do not do reviews on the employees performance. we often find out about something after it was already was to be done

Advice to Senior Management – please keep us informed of what is happening. let us know how we are doing. it would be nice to get a p and l printout.
