This was the worst company I ever worked for. There were far too many people for the workload. Their policy of rarely hiring from the outside left them with a management team that was poorly skilled, poorly lead and poorly committed to success. This is the reason why the cable companies dominate broadband in the Qwest service region!

Advice to Senior Management

Management needs to focus on results not coddling people who should have been fired years ago. They need more college-eduacated, smart dynamic people to enact systemic change to culture that seems allergic success!!
