Qwest – “Qwest is the best place to work in Utah.”

Pros

It feels like we are the 800 pound gorilla in Salt Lake City and most of our customers and potential customers are willing to meet with us, just for the sake of meeting with "Qwest"

Cons

Sometimes we are not flexible enough to address the needs of our customers. That can be frustrating.

Advice to Senior Management

Get out in front of the sales people and your customers. Sitting in the big tower in Denver isn't getting it done.
