Qwest – “Would be better without micromanagement”
Pros
As a former employee, the benefits coupled with the pay were excellent.
Cons
The management was far too hands on, to the point of micromanagement.
Advice to Senior Management
Leave your successful sales employees alone. Remote obs are fine, but constant reviews are obstrusive and unhelpful.
