Qwest – “Where is the growth necessary for Qwest to survive, what is the next product?”

Pros

Good Benefits in general and time of and vacations build up quick. Vision dental and medical are ok. Also, penision available for ones with tenure. Some work groups are better than others they vary on flexibility and in office time.

Cons

The future of Qwest is troubling there is no wireless offering. The products coming in the pipeline are not going to get the bang necessary for growth. The operations groups are not easy to work in just a meat grinder and you end up unbalanced and unhealthy.

Advice to Senior Management

Future products are not going to bring the increase in revenues necessary for Qwest.
