It's a Monopoly, a plethora of Peter Principle promotions in middle management, arcane back office it, horrendous billing issues that can screw your TBR

Advice to Senior Management

TBR plan is on as good as your manager is willing to resolve 'anomalies' and further strategize & execute for long term success....must expect mangers to truly embrace complexity or send them to the glue factory...
