“It's been OK--lots of changes due to several consolidations/mergers”
I have been working at Qwest
Pros – The work is challenging. Many changes are occurring in the industry impacting our area of knowledge which is BSS-Billing Support Systems.
Cons – Pension and health care plans have changed considerably while I have worked at Qwest.
Advice to Senior Management – Overall, IT management appears focused on the tasks at hand to provide value to the business. Many changes have occurred over the last 5 years to our work area
