“Balancing large performance expectations with constant pay decreases.”
Current Employee – been working at R.A. Jeffreys Distributing
Pros – Benefits are free. Most coworkers are helpful.
Cons – No raises, few advancement opportunities. Upper management constantly finding ways to decrease pay to employees. Almost never will you receive any kind of positive feedback for doing a good job, financial or otherwise.
Advice to Senior Management – Eventually you will realize, you get what you pay for.
