R/GA is filled with super smart and nice people . Literally, all of the leads are approachable and cool .

Cons

R/GA has become so large and its practices are so formalized that as a creative you are bucketed into doing the one thing they decide you can do. Once you are tagged its tough to get out of that bucket.
