Great place to work, but not enough variety.

Designer (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsThe work environment is quite laid back. The employees are great. The work is generally top notch. Compensation is very fair. Great parties.

ConsAccount structure means most people work on only one account at a time, so variety of work is lacking. Somewhat difficult to be promoted from within.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet more employees help out on pitchwork. Give employees more flexibility to work outside of their home account.
