Pros

It's a big company but it acts like a small one in that it can change quickly to the marketplace, adding new capabilities and finding the right people to run them.

Cons

Sometimes a lack of transparency from the senior leadership when it comes to why some policies are implemented. I think it's due to being beholden to IPG...

Advice to Senior Management

Understand that most of the people at R/GA are talented enough to find jobs just about anywhere, and though the economy is tough, keeping people happy and secure is a way to make sure everyone STAYS at R/GA once the economy inevitably picks up.
