when freight thins out so do the hours of the bottom few. There is no team work when it comes to the dock workers and drivers. They load it in the trailer fast and do not care if the driver can get it off or not.

Advice to Senior Management

Lose the stupid assessory charges it's driving people away.. 40 bucks to call someone to set up a delivery.. REALLY!!
