    Pros

Good benefits compared to other employers, good vacation policy and work-life balance, many good people to work with, casual and relaxed work environment.

    Cons

Upper management advising the top leadership is of questionable quality and does not know the business well enough. Countless poor decisions were made and millions of $ have been wasted in endeavors of very little chance of success - it appears that most of these were made after poor advice given by top managers with personal agendas. This, in turn, has caused many top talent employees their jobs. Frequent layoffs due to poor economy but also due to poor business decisions. Employees selected to lose their jobs were oftentimes among the best contributors and it seemed that decisions were mostly based on personal friendship with decision makers.

    Advice to Management

Hire some top class leadership and get rid of the deadwood stirring the company into the ground.
