Pros

Great people, wealth of data, long history, in-house gym

Cons

in the 80s, 90s and early 2ks we got specific direction about our goals and plans. Since, however, very vague and ambiguous leadership

    Pros

Pay, benefits, facility, health and wellness

    Cons

Lack of loyalty, communication, organization structure at the top is misaligned, finance function is very disfunctional (leadership) - also, really just accounting function, very little analysis to support operations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Restructure top management reporting lines.

    I worked at R. L. Polk full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great co-workers, casual environment and a lot of learning opportunity. Very interesting work. I enjoyed working there very much until being laid off.

    Cons

Worst management I have ever worked with. Favoritism and Nepotism are rampant and people are in upper management positions that have no business in their roles. Their method of balancing their budget by laying off people and later re-hiring new employees is despicable. They destroyed hundreds of peoples lives (temporarily) by laying off during the worst possible economic times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Clean house and find talent that is focused on the business.
