“It is an okay place to work”
I have been working at R.R. Donnelley
Pros – *steady paycheck
*lots of overtime if you want it
*location of office is close to metro
Cons – *there is no growth, people here have worked the same position for over 10 years
*no real pay increases for the last few years
*health benefits are not good
Advice to Senior Management – Stop acquiring so many companies and work on improving your own products and services.
