Pros: Pay was okay, that's about it. Cons: Expensive benefits. Old boy culture with clueless, ruthless management. Atmosphere of harassment, intimidation and bullying. No sick leave. If you do get sick, you live… Advice to Senior Management: They should all be replaced. Everyone at Donnelley knows that to get ahead in the company,… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Started as an Intern and moved to full time Project Manager

    Project Manager (Former Employee)

I worked at R.R. Donnelley full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: The facility that you work in will make or break your experience at RRD. If you have a good Plant Manager, who looks out… Cons: Raises are small, cost of living type, so if you work hard there is little additional compensation. Often times… Advice to Senior Management: Let the local Plant Manager(s) have more control over their facilities,… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
