I worked at R.R. Donnelley full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Its an organization where you will get many opportunities to learn new things. More friendly atmosphere. Good relationship with colleagues. Job security is comparatively good than other MNC's. More relaxed work environment. Will get time to balance work and life.

    Cons

So called grapevine communication is much stronger. Internal politics will sometimes screw your performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Forget the "X" generation management principles. Culture is changing and the "Y" generation is taking the lead role.Accommodate them and accept them.
