Typical agency swings where you can get very busy with multiple clients at once demanding deadlines that coincide - as long as you're communicating with your team/manager about workload it's okay though Pay is a bit on the lower end but I believe the benefits makeup for it

OVERworked, with no add'l pay whether it be bonuses, annual promotion, or overtime for working 60 hour weeks - but want to push the importance of timesheets. This is a DRTV agency, so the work feels boring and outdated. Always developing 1800 commercials.
