Current Employee – been working at RAC Acceptance

Pros – The benefits seem to be the only thing going for them.

Cons – Training is awful. You're expected to learn everything overnight and there's NO FEEDBACK from management. You're left alone for 10hours!

Advice to Senior Management – Put people in a management position who have training &people skills, and patience. It's no wonder there's such high turnover.
