RAND is a fascinating, challenging, one-of-a-kind work environment

Project Associate (Current Employee)
Santa Monica, CA

ProsYou will be surrounded by brilliant co-workers on every project you work on. RAND encourages a work-life balance. The multi-disciplinary culture represents what many people believe academia should evolve towards in order to become increasingly relevant.

Consbrilliance is generally accomodated by big egos....but its for less harmless reasons than a corporate culture would engender

Advice to Senior ManagementI think RAND leadership has done and will continue to do a phenomenal job, as long as we stay objective in our research.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
