    I worked at RAPP full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Like everywhere else, there're 2 groups. First group, the workers, who making things happen, are a talented, hardworking bunch, genuinely nice too. They're the ones who keep things afloat.

    Cons

    Then, there's the entrenched management, who makes, well, speeches, with many buzz words. This bunch is prone to swift, sweeping changes with little thought on consequences.

    - smart people - fun atmosphere - great projects - no micro management - flexible

    Cons

    - lack of senior management - no mentorship - lack of talent development

    Advice to Management

    Employees need to be mentored and taught to get better. I realize between meetings and pitches it is tough but that is how you grow and maintain your good talent. Without this, you will continue to lose solid employees
