I worked at RAPP full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

The benefits are great, the agency side is domimant so expect more accolades on that side. Great Location beneftis--specialty coffees, .25 soft drinks, holiday treats

    Cons

Technology has bad management. Can't keep good people because of the bad managemetn decisions. Controlled by the client instead of a consultant to the client

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Worry less about the 'fun' in the ofice and try to boost morale by creating good work situations.

If you could encapsulate "worst practices" in one organization, the Dallas office of RAPP would be it.

    I worked at RAPP full-time

    Pros

There are some pockets of innovation in RAPP's other North American locations.

    Cons

Senior leadership team needs to hone their basic operational management skills, their knowledge of what's happening elsewhere in their industry and their approach to people development. Clients have left RAPP in droves the past six months.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They need to work more collaboratively with other North American offices.
