Former Employee - Team Resource Manager (Production Supervisor) in Springfield, MO

I worked at RB full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Well compensated, excellent benefits, great people, nice town (not too big, not too small), low cost of living, excellent working environment, high expectations of performance level, casual atmosphere. Deep pockets for large improvements to systems.

    Cons

Work/Life balance tends to forget the life part, but it's not completely out of hand.
Sometimes being such a large corporation, people at corp level have no idea of what goes on at the plant level. But that's probably true with most large corporations. The good outweighs the bad.

Current Employee - Trade Marketing Manager in Parsippany, NJ

I have been working at RB full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Quick and agile environment, constructive conflict, very entrepreneurship based, great opportunities for visibility.

Good career opportunities if you are willing to take that into your own hand and go for what you want.

    Bonuses are good.

    Cons

Be prepared to drive something yourself with little support to get it done, spee and agility sometimes leads to frequent decision reversals, not for the faint of heart.

Don't always hit max bonus (usually do hit or get close), higher base salary would be nice.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stay fast and agile, but try to be more consistent
