ProsIt was a very informative internship.
My boss was very supportive when I needed help.
Very respected company to work for.

ConsThe working atmosphere is kind of dull.
If you are not working as an engineer there you a really an "minority" in the company.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere needs to be more of a training program established when begining to work there. The working atmosphere needs to be a little bit more open to communication.
