performance requierement = above average ( considering pay = average...) . Big organizationnal structure, centralized in Toronto. Reacts very slowly to change .

clear vision, mission and values. Good communication within the company and very good collabporation within the business units. -a lot of lateral position expected. avoid if you expect fast advancement
