Current Employee – been working at RBC Insurance

Pros – -friendly and supportive work environment
-flexible work/life balance

Cons – - lower pay than other insurance companies
- in terms of technology they are slowly trying to catch up with their competitors (i.e. paperless claims, workfrom home)
-alot of paper pushing

Advice to Senior Management – Advise is to be upfront with employees about future plans for the department. There are a lot of issues that are up in the air. Pay employees on par with other insurance companies.
