Constant re-orgs and lay offs.

I have been working at RBS Worldpay full-time for more than 8 years

ProsNone since Bain took over and are trying to lower costs to sell.

ConsTerrible senior management only concerned with getting their severance when the next round of lay offs is announced.

Bain consultants are running the place looking for any cost savings possible to make Worldpay look more profitable when they are sold.

Constant re-orgs and layoffs. Truly the worst work environment I have ever seen.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust come honest with whats happening. Don't carry on cloaking in HR double speak about values.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Pros: Fair amount of independence, open territory, extensive product offering, competitive… Cons: No base salary, decreased commissions with lower margin pricing, intense pressure every… Advice to Senior Management: Forget stick count and focus of profits No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
