I worked at RCM Technologies full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Quite frankly, there are absolutely none, but seeing how I must list something I can honestly say I never worked one 8 hour day in my time there.

Cons

Horrible Pay. Pretended to be a consulting company, but in the end was just a cheap staffing company. Recruiters working part time and never around. Management that was totally useless. You will not make any money here. Turnover off the charts.

I have been working at RCM Technologies

    Pros

Flexible hours between work and home is a plus.

    Cons

No training, bad communication with management and peers, no marketing or very limited out dated marketing collateral, lack of vision from management, no clear direction from management (no 1,3,5 year plans), management disrespectful to employees, Jack of all trades... master of none mentality, benefits very expensive, probably have a better reputation in healthcare business unit but the IT consulting is not what they say it is.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develope a road map that will outline the next 1-3 years for the company and business units that will drive an increase in business and preparing the staff for success. Invest into the company to make it successful and attempt to eliminate the revolving door of employees by offering more structure and better incentives..
