I have been working at RCM Technologies

    Pros

Since they are a preferred vendor for numerous pharmaceutical companies it allows me to work for top 10 pharma.

    Cons

Support structure needs work. Sales personnel have too much control over their accounts and do not work for the good of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to hire more competent personnel and convert the services provided from staff augmentation to being a solutions provider.

    I worked at RCM Technologies

    Pros

During a good economy, the Staffing end of RCM can be very lucrative. While there are regular hours, weekend work is practically non-existent.

    Cons

Clients that don't provide adequate or any feedback on job candidates. A lot of competition from other staffing companies and job sites like Monster, Careerbuilder and others. Dollar goals can be high but depending on your manager, conditions of the market are taken into consideration when reviewing goals and outcomes. Some recruiters palya numbers game and want you to submit as many of their candidates as possible...sometimes candidates do not come close to meeting job requirements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    None.
