I have been working at RCO Legal
Pros – Flexible work schedule, Allowed to take time off for family events. Mid management and lower level employees are nice people who are fun to work with.
Cons – Owners are very cheap and provide poor benefits and wages. Poor communication from management. Perception of most employees is owners only care about making money and increasing personel wealth versus building a successfull, dynamic company that employees are proud to work for.
Advice to Senior Management – This is no longer a small company. The economy is getting better and your going to start losing valuable employees who contribute to the bottom line. In addition managers need to be allowed to have budgets instead of having to have the majority owner approve every purchase over $100.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
