“A company that is focused on the long-term goals of the industry”
Current Employee – been working at RCO Legal
Pros – The lack of bureaucracy and relaxed management style is refreshing. I feel like they value smart, hardworking, and focused people. Everyone is very client focused and that is positive. They are trying to get more formal training and better internal communication, so that is postivie.
Cons – It is a growing company so there is some infrastructure to be built. Then again, I hope it doesn't create too much red tape.
