Current Employee – been working at RE/MAX

Pros – The most recognized name in real estate in Canada and USA. They have the best marketing tools of any real estate company and most of them are free of charge. The compensation or real estate commissions are the best in the marketplace. They are on the leading edge of any technology that assists in your marketing ability and provide premier market presence by spending millions on keeping the brand on top. A very charitable organization as well supporting Childrens Miracle Network, Kumon Breast Cancer Awareness, plus numerous other special interest groups and programs. Peers are a very professional group and very willing to help.

Cons – Head office could make independant office visits more frequently. As a RE/MAX Realtor you are recognized by peers from other companies as a "Top Producer or you wouldn't be at RE/MAX" and it occassionally breeds contempt or jealousy from some of your peers from other companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Make office visits more frequently which acknowledges some respect for the front line people who make the company successful.
