    Pros

This company was founded on ethics and assistance to the Realtors/Brokers who choose to practice real estate sales in Florida.

The bldg. I work in has a set back building location and is the last of five bldgs. Customers need directions to find it.

    I worked at RE/MAX part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The pay was good at $12/hr. The part time hours were steady and went well with my other part time job.

    Cons

I didn't realize my job was temporary until after the realtor I worked for lost a client due to a disagreement they had over the weekend that had nothing to do with me.

    Advice to Management

There's no advice I have to management. The business model seems to be working just fine from them. To prospective employees, just be aware that if you get hired as an assistant by one of their realtors, your job is temporary. Your length of employment will be based on work volume even though you'll be hired on as if you're a permanent employee.
