    great learning curve, best in the industry, great way to start in the industry and get exposed to great relationships. Would recommend

    too much ego, not enough room for growth. No way to grow until senior brokers retire or leave.

    I worked at RE/MAX

    Pros

    Great training offered to new agents that need help learning how to gain skills in prospecting. RE/MAX is a well known nationwide brand, helps gain credibility to your business. Creating a work life balance is very achievable at this company, and a great option for those with children.

    Cons

    At the end of my employment here, I was noticing the office fees were slowly creeping up, which was a concern.
