Best commission structure there is. Why give away your commission to the broker? As long as you have the discipline to work, you will be fine.

Cons

Drive and discipline are prerequisites, and for those who need a lot of hand holding or extra training, this may not be the place.

Each office is a franchise so there is no way to know how solid management is, though my office has very strong management and so have the majority of those that I have encountered.
