    I worked at RE/MAX

    Pros

Consistent mission, but always trying new approaches to accomplish it. Nice facilities. Focus on promoting from within. Strong global reputation.

    Cons

Constant re-organizational efforts in response to the downturn and stagnation in the industry is having an impact on employee loyalty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talented dedicated staff is working hard to ensure the organization's success, but there seems to be a certain amount of disconnect between executive management's clear messaging about big-picture goals and middle management's efforts to translate those goals into specific projects that clearly support the mission.

Remax was a very boring place to work with no room to move up.

    I worked at RE/MAX

    Pros

The best reason to work at this company was because it had good hours and the work load was easy.

    Cons

The cons were there was never enough work to do and it was very boring. Also the management was mean and the people you have to interact with are also mean.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice would be to tell someone their job duties and now to just expect someone to do something that you never told them to do.

    No opinion of CEO
