Current Employee – been working at REI part-time for more than a year
Pros – Great communication with management, fabulous work-life balance, benefits for part-time, schedule flexibility, ability to make decisions on your own--no micro management
Cons – My only gripe is the pressure to sell memberships.
Advice to Senior Management – I couldn't ask for better managers and supervisors. I've worked at many different places so I have a lot of comparison and I truly can't think of a single thing.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
