ProsCo-workers are nice
Pro-deals are great
health coverage for part-time workers
discounts if you ride your bike or volunteer
accepting environment

ConsDon't receive much training or consistent training. Management has a huge push to sell Co-op memberships. Perks faded overtime.

Advice to Senior ManagementBring back the perks - contests and prizes
