A fast paced workplace that is often a bit chaotic and challenging.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Watertown, MA

ProsLots of opportunities to use new technology across a broad range of disciplines. Exposure to many different aspects of the company and access to the business users allows for development of meaningful and productive solutions.

ConsChanging priorities makes focusing on project work difficult. Also support requests are often disruptive since many come in without being weighed against project work priority wise.

Advice to Senior ManagementDevelop a better mechanism for triaging support requests. Also better training for first tier support will better isolate upper level employees from simple yet disruptive support requests and allow them to better focus on doing project work.
