Pros – Total creative freedom, state of the art tools and equipment, 30+ years of luthier experience and knowledge free for the asking. Awesome pay and fringe benefits - Like working in Willie Wonka's Chocolate factory.
Cons – Not enough hours in the day to work at Rigaud Guitars
Advice to Senior Management – Just keep doing what we're doing and loving it
