“Good place to learn and video technology”
Current Employee – been working at RGB Networks
Pros – - Work here is satisfying with capable leads and technical people.
- Open communications when dealing with issues.
- Compensation quite fair with yearly salary bump.
- CTO is the coolest and smartest technical person around. He is like superman, he will save the day.
Cons – Exec team apart from CTO are not too competent. Have made a few mistakes and do not seem to realize that. Exec team invest money in products/projects that end up going nowhere. Like the proverbial "Alaskan Bridge" to nowhere.
Advice to Senior Management – Maybe time to shake up the exec team or give them new challenges.
