I have been working at RGB Networks

Pros

- Work here is satisfying with capable leads and technical people.
- Open communications when dealing with issues.
- Compensation quite fair with yearly salary bump.
- CTO is the coolest and smartest technical person around. He is like superman, he will save the day.

Cons

Exec team apart from CTO are not too competent. Have made a few mistakes and do not seem to realize that. Exec team invest money in products/projects that end up going nowhere. Like the proverbial "Alaskan Bridge" to nowhere.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe time to shake up the exec team or give them new challenges.

    I worked at RGB Networks

    Pros

The first, and most definitely the last, all expenses paid trip to Cabo San Lucas for the whole company in April 2011.

    Free monthly company lunches.

    Cons

It's a revolving door of incompetence. Be careful not to let it hit you on your way out.

Better odds of success with the California Lottery.

The acidic work environment poisons the minds of all those who work there and brings out the worst in everyone. Although the employees are very talented, the gross mismatch of their skills to the projects often results in delays that last from months to indefinite and beyond. This breeds hostility towards each other as everyone deflect blame and fends for their own survival, all the while leaving everyone questioning each other of their own incompetence. These forlorn souls roam the hallways aimlessly without competent guidance from the management that will lead them anywhere but into the abyss of failed companies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is a saying.. Winners never quit and quitters never win, but those who never quit and never win are idiots.
