Tough to work in the field, cushy to work work in the HQ

I worked at RGIS full-time for more than a year

ProsFlexibility to take lunch anytime. Friendly staff

ConsIf operating in the field or managing those that are operating in the field, stress level is high. Although job on the inside of HQ is cushy, administration seems to not care to listen to the input of the average employee.

What Paper Work?

Pros: Indoors for 99% of it in climate controlled stores that offer a work environment away from the elements of the… Cons: As tyhe title suggests, management tends to lose paperwork like availability of hours three times and all it stated is that 30 hours a week… Advice to Senior Management: Get your act together and form some filing in the office that works. Especially in the west Arkansas and east OK area. It was terrible… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
