    Pros

    None at all. Seriously none.

    Cons

Immature workforce. Lack of organization. Rampant favoritism and preferential treatment by management. Low wages. Unpredictable work schedule.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Randomly visit count sites to observe what's really going on. I think you'd be surprised.

I worked at RGIS full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

You will learn the inventory industry. If you have nothing else, the travel is very nice.
This is a place to work if you have no family or responsibilities.
If you are a retired, middle aged person in great health with no need for a large income, this is the position of your dreams.
You meet some great people along with learning a new trade.

    Cons

    Extremely Low Pay.
With all travel included, this position requires a minimum of 35 hours a week.
You are paid for anything past the first hour, but as minimum wage for your state. This prevents working a second job for income.
You won't be in luxury hotels, they are usually little old places with little or no business and falling apart.
Although you travel, you are in a store 12-13 hours a day, shuttled to a motel to sleep, then shuttled to the next stop.
No room for advancement although the company claims to hire from within. All advancement comes from the main office via a computer program doing the rating. So you have no investment in your time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Working within the company feels very automated and it tends to feel as though the employees are machines.Bring it back to a human level and consider the people that are working hard. Consider the money you pay them in comparison to the cost of living. They are your bread and butter.
Staying in dirty little hotels with constant power outages is not attractive, maybe take a look at where you are putting your employees for the night.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
