Depends on who you are

ProsStarting pay is more than minimum wage, and you can get several raises after that.
You never get bored you are in a different place everyday, meeting new people.
Many of your coworkers are very nice, as well as a lot of the management

ConsYou need to drive your own car to a lot of the jobs that could be 40 miles of more one way.
The hours can be very long, and can take a lot out of you, sometimes you feel your life is all RGIS.

Advice to Senior ManagementImprove the health insurance, and offer more employee benefits.
