I worked at RGIS part-time (more than a year)

Pros

They work with your schedule - you e-mail your manager each week to let him or her know when you're free.

Cons

If you tell them you're available for day or night shift, they sometimes schedule you back to back. Meaning you'll be scheduled for a store that starts at 10pm (and ends at 3am) and then scheduled for another store that starts at 6am and may not end until 2 or 3pm that day.

I have been working at RGIS part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

It's a job. There is not much more I can say about it...except if you get in good with management you will do well.

    Cons

If you are not one of the cronies or favorite ones then you're overlooked for everything. Period. They let me go with no reason given. Don't count on it for paying for more than a tank of gas. No wonder they are always advertising for help and that there is SO much turnover.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Act like management.

I worked at RGIS full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Don't need any education aside from basic math!
Flexible hours if you need some side work.
Decent pay in rural areas and places of low pay.
A dysfunctional family to travel around with.

    Cons

Insane hours and pressure to work way too many consecutive hours over questionably legal times frames

Management who is exhausted and beat up from counting stuff for too long.

You have to go into a grocery store and literally count stuff.

Customers don't know if you're really counting stuff or not.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep getting money!
