    Pros

Some days off in the middle of the week occasionally, so can schedule appointments with Doctors, dentists and to look for a real job.

    Cons

20 years with the company, took a 40% pay cut when company went from private family ownership to being run by a "corporate raider". I have seen several long time employees lose their homes because they could no long pay their mortgage. Except for supplementing my income with other work as an Independent Contractor I would have filed for Bankruptcy by now. Saw one Area Manager fired one day short of getting a $5000 bonus he earned. People are "rewarded" for counting FAST! (But forget about accurate.) Employee morale is below low. No benefits. Their health plan is paid for totally by employee contributions and covers next to nothing, doesn't qualify as a health insurance plan according to Obamacare. That's my short list.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do the Math. If you pay someone $10/ hr to count 3000 pieces per hour, and $11 to count 5000, and $13 to count 8000 or more per hour; which employee gets paid the most per piece.
What benefit is there to count FAST if you make less per piece than a new hire?

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
