Advice to Senior ManagementBe more open to new ideas & programs. Even if "it" isn't the best fit, try it and we will all learn something.

    Decent Projects and Companies

    Pros: Well respected companies Decent salary time and half over 40 hours… Cons: VERY political environmet between RGP senior management and consultants. I choose consulting to get away from the politics Some immature consultants.… Advice to Senior Management: Make an effort to understand the project to a certain degree.     Management is dysfunctional
