    Creative, smart - solid people.
Unlimited opportunities to network internally to find the help you need
People are willing to help you
People are interested in one another

    Cons

The lack of formal programs, such as performance review & development initiatives, can be frustrating at times.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to new ideas & programs. Even if "it" isn't the best fit, try it and we will all learn something.

I have been working at RGP

    Pros

    Well respected companies
Decent salary time and half over 40 hours a week

    Cons

VERY political environmet between RGP senior management and consultants. I choose consulting to get away from the politics
Some immature consultants. Examples, making fun of client employees
Managing Director did not make an effort to learn what was actually going on at client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make an effort to understand the project to a certain degree. Don't count on the "favorite" consultant to give you the truth when they are stabbing you in the back.

    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO
